Q: What is Giclée print?

Think of it as the "gold standard" for printing artwork and photography. A Giclée is a museum-quality piece designed to last a lifetime without fading.

Q: Do the prints come framed?

• Paper prints are delivered without a frame.
• Canvas prints are stretched on a wooden frame before dispatch.
• For international shipments, canvas prints larger than 16x20 inches are sent unstretched to keep shipping costs reasonable.
• Extra fabric and a coloured border are included so a local framer can stretch it easily.

Q: Any tips for framing the artwork?

• Wooden frames with natural or painted finishes usually bring out the artwork well. It is best to avoid synthetic frame materials as they don’t complement the overall feel of the paintings.
• Paper prints can be framed with or without glass. Without glass, the texture stands out beautifully, but the print may be more vulnerable to moisture, so decide based on where you plan to place it.
• Recommend skipping a pure white mount, as it can make the artwork look slightly muted. Either go without a mount or choose an off-white one.

Q: How long will delivery take?

• Since each piece is printed after the order is placed, production time is included in the delivery schedule.
• Domestic shipping usually reaches within 10-15 working days, while the express option arrives in about 7-8 working days.
• International orders typically take up to 15 working days to be delivered.
  There may occasionally be a delay of a couple of days due to unexpected circumstances.
